This is a very fun stress toy that is not only calming, but it also helps build hand and finger muscles and bilateral coordination. It is beyond amazing and has a super soft dough feel. You can poke and pinch it and it will retain its shape, then slowly ooze back into a ball just like a slow rise squishy would. What it feels like - super soft cookie or bread doh inside a ball. It is almost like a moving doh because when you release it slowly goes back to a ball shape. What is inside it - Very thick clear glue like filling - The filling is super sticky and stretchy.
